This policy explains what information JK Scrap collects, how we use it and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
• Account details: your name and mobile number. • Pickup details: your addresses, pickup date and time, the items and approximate quantity you list, and notes for the executive. • Order and payment details: weights, amounts paid and payment mode. We do not store your card details or UPI PIN. • Device information: device model, operating system and app version, used to keep the app working and secure. • Location: only if you choose to share it, to help fill in your pickup address.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: • our pickup executives and recycling partners, as far as needed to complete your order • service providers who help us run the app, such as SMS and cloud hosting, under duties of confidentiality • authorities, when the law requires us to
We keep your data on secure servers and use encryption when data travels between the app and our servers. We keep your data while your account is active, and for as long as the law requires for records such as payments.
You can view and edit your name and addresses in the app. You can ask us to correct your data. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete account. This removes your profile, saved addresses and order history, except records we must keep by law.
We will contact you about your pickups. If we send promotional messages, you can opt out at any time.
JK Scrap is meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
